band...haix

im moodless to do anyting now...anyway, goin to summarise everyting....nth much..fri sec 1s came 4 band.........bla bla...after sch..had "lecturing" session...den move tings down to the hall...den ended.....today..rehearsal...haix...

im really nt in a mood now...i feel so scared.....really very very scared 4 the concert...tings are nt goin well...band is nt ready...2 more weeks...and yet..the band is nt ready...most of the members are committed..sum are not...sum are juz continuein to be in their lala land...haix...wad's the point for the alumni to contribute so much for tis concert?wad's the point 4 sir's hardwork if the members doesnt even care?band....sir had alrdy took out 2 pieces...n i mean...it's really very bad...sir seldom take out pieces frm the repertoire b4...yes..add in more repertoire..but nt..reducin it...after ir ead shuling's blog..im totally shocked...totally...i cant bliff...we haf such a member in the band....the band will fall even more..if tis attitude continues....dere will be a new principal next year...n summore..nxt yr is SYF year...it's VERY crucial..if u ppl dun work hard now....i haf nth to say...

I've seen the band climbin up tremendously durin muziqfest and SYF period...but after tt...the band FALLLLLS tremendously...why?WHY?WHY???tell u frankly....when i was back after my N lvls...i was shocked by the band...how the band played...i tot u ppl can play well alrdy..but i really dunno wad had happened...when i heard abt the postponin of concert...i rushed down to school to fight 4 the band..wif the rest of the seniors...n i really tink...lucky we postpone the concert...band..WAKE UP...although i didnt hold any rank in the band..but as a senior....i haf the right to say everyting...durin the "lecturing" session..some of u cried..yesh...im very happy...but i saw some..dun even care?i really duno wad to say...ur majors had done all dey could.....dey are tired..EVERY1 is tired.....i feel so...unfair 4 sirs...and the alumni...the alumni can no nid to be back..but dey are back..becuz deir hearts are wif the band...IF the alumni can...why can the members?mr badrul and mr faizal's heart are always in HSS...dey love HSS band ALOT...they are very committed...but why cant the members?every practice...i dun see the full strength...the only time i see is...durin CCA day....im really disappointed..the hardwork of the seniors bringin the band up again...had gone to a waste...wad the past n present majors did had gone to a waste...the band is improvin...yesh...gd..but VERY SLOW..slower den tortoise...haix...4 practices left...why durin optional sectionals i only see a few members?WHY WHY WHY...if i can make time 4 it...WHY CANT u ppl?im nt sayin tt u ppl muz come everyday...but atleast come 2 days?why?i really dunno...haix...the alumni are disappointed...the seniors are disappointed...every1 is...

band..i noe u ppl can do it....GO 4 it....u ppl said u ppl can....so..GO 4 it..pls...i really plead u ppl....stop makin sir pissed off...plsss...concentrate...be serious...play can..but nt always....do tings faster..response faster...and everyting will go well...PLS...work hard...left wif 2 weeks..i hope u ppl will make use of tis 2 weeks...no matter wad the result of the concert will be...i will say...band..u ppl had done well...n u ppl tried ur best..im sure all ur seniors will say tt...includin alumni and sirs...

IT'S AN APPRECIATION CONCERT...ARE WE SHOWING OUR APPRECIATION TO SIRS, TEACHERS, SCHOOL AND ALUMNI?

tink abt it......ppl...ask ur bandmates tis qn...ask dem...n pls get the ans urself....my ans is..NO..we are nt....instead..we are makin dem embarass...do u tink u ppl are gd?haha....i will laugh and say..bullshit...

members..TINK ABT IT!the qn on top...n pls..work hard...maybe some will say...why am i sayin all tis?my ans will be...even though i dun haf any post right now...but im still the senior of the band...i care n love the band...i dun wan to see the band fallin....tt's why im tryin to help wadeva i can...after the concert....i will haf to concentrate on my studies...anyway, i still left wif 3 more mths in band...after april...i wun be comin anymore...coz may is O lvls for MT...come june...will come...and tt's all....

one more ting..dun tink we are big..n tt means we are gd...we haf ove 84 members..of coz nt all are performin...so ard 78?or 80....1 ting 1 of my fren told me..."it's nt abt the quantity..it's abt the quality"..yes...i agree..very true...wad's the use of havin a big band.but the quality sux?tink abt it....seniors..influence ur juniors...wash their brains(wif gd tings..nt bad tings)....members...u haf to let ur parents understand why are dere so many practices..PLS explain to dem...
