NEW PRINTER!=D
MY NEW PRINTER!=D....i love it..OMG!!!=D...
Anyway, my parents n i had a bad experience in HP...
here's how it goessss....
HP:"Hello, this hp customer service centre, im ____(i forgot his name), how may i help you?"
Me: "I would like to ask if the promotion of the trading in of old printer to get a new printer still on?"
HP: "Yes, it is sir."
Me: "Ok...than how do i go about doing it?"
HP: "Bring your own printer to the customer service centre at Alexandra road. Our staff will process the relevant documents for you sir."
Me: "Ok...thank you."
So, my parents n i took the old printer down to HP....n guess wad?
HP: "Sorry sir, the trade-in promotion is currently unavailable due to PC Show"
fyi, the reason why i wan to trade in is becuz it has a $50 rebate...n if i buy a new 1, my old 1 i dunno put whr....
Me: "WHAT?I called in just now and the staff said it's still on!"
(I was really flaring up....the printer is nt light...my dad didnt get to rest coz of it...n plus, FUEL NO NEED MONEY ARHX?"
HP: "O really?okk...if that's the case, i will get my colleage to assist you. Here's you queue number"
ok...WE WAITED FOR DAMN FUCKIN LONG WHEN MY NUMBER IS JUZ 3003 N THE CURRENT SERVIN NUMBER IS 3002. N WAD'S MORE, THE COUNTERS ALL NO PPL!!!!!!!WTF?
I was really damn pissed!!!
come our turn...
HP: "Good afternoon, how may i help you?"
My mum: "I want to trade in this printer for this printer (pointed to the brochure)"
HP: "refer to the top 4 the ans" (same old ans...pcshow bla bla)
My Mum: "SO WHAT DO YOU EXPECT US TO DO?WE BRING THIS PRINTER DOWN...AND NOW SAY DON'T HAVE?"
HP: "explanation bla bla...admitted it's their fault..bla bla..."
My Mum: "so now dun have la?and what?keep our printer with you and need to wait for 2 more weeks to ge the new one?what's this?"
Me: "aiya, forget it la...go PC show buy...wei le this $20 lesser wait for 2 weeks?not hua suan!"
Mum: *walks off the counter.....*
Dad got the complimentary parking tix....n we drove to toa payoh...to see how come can we get if we sell off to 2nd hand shop...
in the end u noe wad? "we can only offer you $5 and maximum $7"...my mum n i...-_-
forget it...decided to give my cousin the printer den..=D
dad drove us to Suntec for PC show...
walked ard with mum first to look look ard..n redraw money..(scare ltr no atm machine..when i repeated told my mum there will be!)
redrew liao, went up..(it's still nt crowded yet..coz still in the afternoon..=D)
went to HP....ask the person demo us..=D...mum happy with the printer...n....mum said..ok...give me 1...(left with 6 boxes of that only...)
paid...n...went to get the free gifts....4 monster V alien shirt...family pack...wth?LOL...cnt even wear can...-_-...n n n n....decided to get ink for my cousin..n oso buy extra ink since it's soooo damn cheap!....
got it, went to get free gifts...alot of free gifts can..OMG la...LOL...was shocked by it...HAHAHAHA!
went down...got lucky draw...put in..den bla...went to marina sq walk walk..eat....den back to suntec again..went to carrefour..=D...den...got car show...went to look look la...nth to do..waitin 4 dad to come fetch oso..haha...den...saw zhi hui!lol....
dad came...fetched us liao..den went to cousin hse pass the old printer...den...home!=D
reached home..bathe (damn hot!)...n...started dismantlin the new printer...damn nice!=D
Mr aaron called me...n...hmmm...cnt say here...abt sth...was shocked..but thx alot, LECTurer..LOL...he kip saying...dun call me "cher"..coz poly now more high class..LECTurer..LOL...
n...aunty n cousin came to get the programme cd for the old printer...
aunty helped me to dismantle..=D
mum printed her taiwan photos....-_- (she wans to save money!)..
slept rather late..=(...
o yeah....yst was eunice and agnes chia's bd!=D
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO YOU TWO!=Dooo..n today is pei jie and xinni's bd bbq at pasir ris park...(i hope i wun get lost....)
